Description:	Rutter's Magnificat is a musical setting of the biblical canticle, Magnificat. The latin text is interspersed with the poem 'Of a Rose, a lovely Rose'. Composed and first performed in 1990 it is a piece to be sung with joy. Led by our dynamic musical director Hilary Campbell we are bound to be encouraged to lose our inhibitions as asked for by the composer.
