Supporters, Patrons and Friends

We need your help. In order to continue to raise the profile of the Arts in the City of Bristol and surrounding areas we need the commitment and support of individuals or companies as Patrons, Friends or Supporters. Whilst music-making is a truly pleasurable and satisfying occupation, performing to the standard which BCS has achieved is an immensely costly one: large-scale, innovative, exciting programmes with professional symphony orchestras and top-flight soloists require huge resources. As one of our Patrons, Friends or Supporters, you will receive the following benefits:

Supporters are invited to contribute £15 for a single, or £25 for a joint subscription. They will receive a free mailing of the brochure, have their names printed in the concert programme, be entitled to half-price admission to the Come and Sing Day, be invited to attend a selected rehearsal prior to concert day (specific rehearsal dates will be given as options). They also receive an invitation to join our social events and the informal supper following the AGM and to join members of the choir for an informal drink during concert intervals.

Patrons are invited to contribute a minimum of £500. They will be eligible to receive 2 tickets for each of four concerts this season and also enjoy the benefits described above.

Friends are invited to contribute a minimum of £160, for which they will be eligible to receive 2 tickets for three of our concerts, in addition to the benefits described above.

Bristol Choral Society also welcomes sponsorship for specific concerts for which due recognition in concert flyers and programmes will be made. We also have several ground-breaking projects in the pipeline, for which sponsors are keenly sought.
